SNZ Plumbing Estimating is a specialist hydraulic and civil estimating firm based in Bankstown, Sydney. We prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for plumbing, hydraulic and civil infrastructure work, so that head contractors, developers and government agencies can price and win tenders.
We do estimating and nothing else. We are not a plumbing contractor that estimates on the side, and we do not estimate electrical, structural or fitout trades. Every hour is spent on hydraulic and civil scope, which is what lets us price it accurately and at speed.

An estimating company. We prepare estimates and bills of quantities for others to build from. We do not carry out plumbing work ourselves.
What makes SNZ different from a general quantity surveyor?
We estimate hydraulic and civil scope exclusively. A general QS covers all trades broadly; we cover plumbing, hydraulic and civil work in depth, which is what a contractor needs when that scope decides the bid.
Does SNZ work outside New South Wales?
Yes. We are based in Sydney but estimate for projects in every Australian state and territory.
