Given the project’s scale and complexity, our estimate covered a wide range of essential plumbing services, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and completeness.

Scope of Work

Our estimate included:

Water Supply

  • Cold water pump for consistent pressure across all levels.
  • Hot water plant, circulating pump, and hot water flow & return system.
  • Tempering valves (TMVs) to ensure regulated water temperatures for guest safety.

Drainage & Stormwater

  • 150mm sewer pipe to handle large-scale waste disposal.
  • Stormwater system with pipes up to 300mm, including pump-out systems, linear grates, and pits.

Siphonic Drainage

Siphonic services up to 160mm pipe size for efficient roof drainage.

Fire Services

Fire safety infrastructure to comply with industry regulations and hotel safety standards.
